I rented the storage space for about 6 months, the place was clean , cool and smelled GREAT! The manger (GREG) was always available and extremely professional to help 24/7 with no problems. After an initial mixup, I have to say that Gregg, the owner of Eastland Storage, has not only ensured any issues were cleared up but has gone way beyond measures necessary to make sure his customers were satisfied. He dedicated his attention, time, and patience to making sure everything was straightened out and continues with follow-up to ensure satisfaction. A good manager or owner can fix or rectify a problem or situation, but a great one follows through with follow-up to ensure it stays corrected. Gregg is beyond gracious and understanding and went well above the "job title duties" to make sure all were satisfied. I cant thank you enough for everything you've done just to ensure customer satisfaction and then going way above that!!

Brand new all indoor climate-controlled facility. Greg was extremely helpful in customizing the storage units I needed and was very flexible to provide an affordable price. I have relocated plenty over the years and used other storage solutions, however you won't find a more clean, easy to access storage location at prices that can't be beat. I highly recommend Eastland Storage.
